AGILITY AND CONDITIONING CLASS
For all children ages 6 thru 13 years. Every Wednesday night from 6:30pm -7:30pm at the Summit High School track.
No pre-registration required. Show up on any Wednesday and we promise to get you in shape!
Learn to incorporate the newest Sports Training Techniques and improve Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction Time, Quickness, Running Mechanics and Athleticism.
